Spurs' European final match-winner Brennan Johnson confronts an unclear situation at the club due to growing Premier League attention in his services.
Sources suggest that the club, while not actively seeking to sell the Welsh international, are open to letting Johnson leave should they receive a acceptable offer.
Crystal Palace are currently the side most advanced in their pursuit for Johnson, but several clubs are thought to be watching developments closely.
A Season of Contrasts
Johnson was Tottenham's top top-flight goalscorer last season with eleven goals, and etched his name in Spurs folklore by scoring the winner in their European final triumph over United last season, ending the club's 17-year wait for a major honor.
However, the departure of the previous manager and arrival of the new head coach has resulted in Johnson occupying more of a reduced role this season.
The Welsh forward, has been granted only 6 Premier League starts this term.
